摘要
影响数控机床加工精度的因素有很多,需要进行有效的研究,以确保加工精度。主要针对影响三轴数控机床加工精度的因素展开了研究,详细阐述了多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换,并对数控机床存在的误差作了系统的分析,以期能为提供有益的参考和借鉴。
There are many factors affecting the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools, so we need to study effectively to ensure the machining accuracy. This paper focuses on the factors that affect the machining precision of three axis NC machine tool has been studied
and elaborated the multi-body system theory and homogeneous coordinate transformation, and the error of CNC machine tools has made a
systematic analysis, provide a useful reference for the needs of the parties concerned.
