摘要
我国有着非常充足的煤炭资源,因此采用合理的技术对其进行开采,从而实现利益最大化是煤矿开采行业所面临的主要问题。电液控制系统在液压支架中的合理利用不但可以有效提高系统的运行速度,使工人的操作更加方便,同时还可以对支架进行远程控制,从而有效保障工人的生命安全。首先分析了电液控制系统在煤矿综采液压支架的应用原理,并在此基础上对该系统的运行过程及应用现状进行详细介绍,最后对此技术的发展进行了展望,电液控制系统在煤矿综采液压支架系统已得到广泛的应用,同时利用该系统能够全面的提升工作效率和安全性能。
Our country has a very abundant coal resources, so using rational technology to mine, so as to maximize the benefits of the coal mining industry is facing the main problems. The rational use of electro-hydraulic control system in hydraulic support not only can effectively improve the speed of the system, make the operation of workers more convenient, but also can remotely control the support to effectively protect the life safety of workers. mine fully mechanized mining hydraulic support, and then introduces the operation process and application status of this system in detail.Finally, the development of this technology is prospected.
