摘要 分析了传统的晾衣架在使用中存在的诸多问题,提出了采用STC12C5A60S2单片机做控制器,直流电机驱动螺杆工作的智能晾衣架的机构设计和控制方法。DHT11和光敏电阻传感器模块感知温湿度和光照值,通过红外遥控可以切换智能晾衣架工作在手动和自动两种工作模式,同时能够设定比较值。该智能晾衣架在实验室使用过程中效果良好,这将给人们的日常生活带来了极大方便,满足了人们的对晾衣架智能化的特殊需求。 In this paper, some problems existed in the use of traditional clothes racks are analyzed. The mechanism design and control method of intelligent racks with STC12C5A60S2 as controller and DC motor driving screw are proposed. DHT11 and the photosensitive resistance sensor module perceive the temperature, humidity and illumination value. Through infrared remote control can switch the intelligent clothes racks to work in both manual and automatic mode. The intelligent clothes racks are effective in the laboratory, which will bring great convenience to people's daily life and meet their special needs for intelligent clothes hanger.
