摘要 研究通过基于计算机视觉反馈的表面粗糙度和缺陷检测,实现对各种缺陷的判断和根据粗糙度检测,搭建基于计算机视觉反馈的工业机器人打磨抛光系统,针对金属表面的复杂纹理和缺陷较小容易造成误检或者漏检的情况工件复杂底纹的缺损的检测提出一种基于机器视觉的手机外壳复杂纹理缺陷检测方法;表面粗糙度检测方面,采用非接触式的光学散射表面粗糙度检测方法,测得其散射特征值并与已知表面粗糙度标准样块参数值建立关系曲线从而测得其表面粗糙度,系统具有结构简单、体积小、易于集成产品、动态响应好和不损伤工件表面等优点。 Through the detection of surface roughness and defect based on computer visual feedback, the judgment of all kinds of defects and roughness detection are realized, and the burnishing and polishing system of industrial robot based on computer vision feedback is set up. In view of the complex texture and defects of the metal surface, the workpiece is easily misdiagnosed or missed. A complex texture defect detection method based on machine vision is proposed for detection of complex background defects. In the aspect of surface roughness detection, a non-contact optical scattering surface roughness detection method is used to measure the scattering characteristic values and to establish a relationship curve with the parameter values of the known surface roughness standard sample block. The system has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, easy integration, good dynamic response and no damage to the surface of the workpiece.
