摘要 非线性结探测技术利用非线性结目标在电磁波照射下能够产生新的频率分量这一原理,检测并判断标的物是否含有电子设备或金属。该技术在窃密电子设备探测、反恐防爆检查和反隐身谐波雷达等领域均可推广应用。首先阐述利用非线性结探测技术对窃密电子设备进行探测的优势;其次分析以PN结为代表的非线性结伏安特性,导出特定频率照射后泰勒公式展开的电流表达式,并分析其谐波辐射原理,进而开展非线性结原理样机的设计;最后,分析该技术待解决的问题,并展望其应用前景。 Nonlinear junction detection technology, by using the principle that a nonlinear junction target can generate new frequency components under the irradiation of electromagnetic waves, detects and judges whether the target object contains electronic devices or metals. This technology may be popularized in and applied to the fields of wiretap-electronic-equipment detection, anti-terrorism and riot inspection, and anti-stealth harmonic radar. Firstly, the advantages in using non-linear junction detection technology to detect wiretap electronic devices are described, then, the nonlinear junction volt-ampere characteristics represented by the PN junction analyzed, and the Taylor-formula-developed current expression after illumination at a specific frequency derived, and then the principle of harmonic radiation analyzed, the design of nonlinear junction principle prototype carried out. And finally, the problem to be solved by the technology is discussed, and its application prospect forecasted.
