摘要
大规模电动汽车充电设施接入配电网,对配电网规划和运行具有重要的影响。针对含电动汽车充电设施的配电网的特点,文中提出了一种配电网状态估计方法。为了保证系统的可观测性,在建立充电设施计算模型的基础上,对充电设施进行负荷预测得到伪量测。同时,采用基于标准化拉格朗日乘子的共线性测试的方法,在进行状态估计之前对电动汽车充电设施负荷预测的坏数据进行检测排除,有效控制了误差的扩散。最后通过14节点系统的仿真测试,验证了方法的准确性和优越性。
Large-scale connection of electric vehicle charging infrastructure to the distribution system has great impact on the planning and operation of the distribution system. For the characteristics of distribution system with electric vehicle charging infrastructure, this paper presents a method of distribution state estimation. On the basis of establishing the calculation model of the charging infrastructure,in order to ensure the observability of the system,the load forecasting of the charging infrastructure is obtained. Meanwhile, based on the collinearity test of the normalized Lagrangian multiplier,the bad data of the load forecasting of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure are excluded before the state estimation,and the diffusion of the error is effectively controlled. Finally,through the simulation test of 14-bus system,the accuracy and superiority of the method are verified.
