摘要
以三溴苯酚和三聚氯氰为原料,研究出了溴代三嗪的绿色合成方法。在新的反应体系下,确定适宜的溶剂和催化剂,并探索反应最佳的时间、温度、合适的物料配比。大量的实验结果表明,在回流温度下,以甲苯为溶剂,DMF(N,N-二甲基亚酰胺)为催化剂且用量为三溴苯酚的2%,三溴苯酚与三聚氯氰的配料比为3∶1时,反应20 h后得到的产品溴代三嗪质量较好,熔点为228~230℃,收率可达96%以上。
Tribromophenol and cyanuric chloride as raw materials,bromination three azine in green synthesis method was developed. To determine the suitable solvent and catalyst in the new reaction system,and to explore the best reaction time,temperature and material ratio. A large of experimental results show that under reflux temperature,toluene as solvent,DMF( N,N-two methyl formamide) as catalyst and its dosage is 2% of the amount of tribromophenol,tribromophenol and cyanuric chloride mixture ratio was 3∶ 1,after 20 hours reaction,the product quality is good,the melting point is 232℃,the yield is more than 96%.
