摘要
为了促进京津冀协同发展,实施乡村振兴战略,以阜平县城南庄镇花山村为例,在现场调查基础上,进行了花山村总体规划设计,对保定市美丽乡村建设进行探讨。针对花山村产业单一、特色挖掘不足等主要问题,提出村庄总体规划要紧紧围绕循环产业带动,强化红色文化资源,改变村民传统观念,引领村庄生态建设有序发展等具有地域特色的规划方案。以此为指导,村庄发展既可体现地域特色,又可传承红色文化;既可提高村民的经济收入水平,又可实现乡村振兴绿色发展的目标。
In order to promote the collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province and implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation,Huashan village in Chengnanzhuang town,Fuping county were studied as an example.Base on site investigation,the beautiful rural construction in Baoding was exprored,and the overall planning and design of Huashan village was carried out.According to the main problems in Huashan village,such as a single industry and needs of characteristic excavation,the planning with regional characteristics was proposed.The overall village planning need to be closely around the circular industries,strengthen the red cultural resources,change the villagers traditional concepts,and lead the village ecological construction in orderly development.Therefore,Under the overall planning of Huashan village,the development of villages would not only embody the regional characteristics but also inherit the red culture.At the same time,the villagers′incomes will be raised and the goal of rejuvenating the village′s green development will be achieved.
