摘要 笔者主要研究了聚合氯化铝(PAC)及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对中性红染料废水的混凝效果,研究了pH、温度、搅拌时间及混凝剂投加量四个单因素对混凝效果的影响。实验表明,用聚合氯化铝(PAC)(浓度为10g/L),最佳单因素实验条件分别是:pH为6,温度为40℃,搅拌时间为30min,聚合氯化铝投加量为10mL;用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)(浓度为1g/L),最佳单因素实验条件分别是:pH为6,温度为35℃,搅拌时间为30min,聚丙烯酰胺投加量为6mL。在最佳单因素实验条件下进行了四因素三水平的正交试验,分别得出PAC、PAM的最优实验方案,PAC的最优实验方案为:pH为8,搅拌时间为40min,PAC投加量为6mL,反应温度为40℃,最优方案的混凝效果:COD去除率为98.31%,脱色率为95.77%;PAM的最优实验方案为:pH为8,反应温度为35℃,搅拌时间为30min,PAM投加量为4mL,最优方案的混凝效果:COD去除率为89.83%,脱色率为85.02%。 In this experiment,polyaluminium chloride(PAC)and organic coagulant polyacrylamide(PAM)coagulants were carried out on the neutral red dyeing wastewater.The effects of coagulants on the neutral red dyeing wastewater was tested,respectively,the pH,temperature,mixing time and coagulant dosage of four single factors on the experimental results.The experimental results showed that the best single factor experimental conditions were pH 6,temperature 40 ℃,stirring time 30 min,PAC dosage:10 mL for PAC;the best single factor experimental conditions were pH 6,temperature 35℃,stirring time 30 min,PAM dosage 6 mL for PAM.After the best single factors were determined,the orthogonal experiments were carried out under the best single factor experiment condition,and the optimal experimental scheme of PAC and PAM were obtained.The optimal experimental scheme of PAC,the removal rate of COD was98.31%,the decolorization rate was 95.77%;the optimum conditions were as follows:pH 8,stirring time 40 min,PAC dosage 6 mL,reaction temperature 40 ℃.For PAM,the optimum conditions were asfollows:pH 8,reaction temperature 35℃,stirring time 30 min,PAM dosage 4 mL,under this condition,COD removal rate was 89.83%,decolorization rate was 85.02%.
