摘要
全面总结了党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,铁路安全稳定、改革发展取得的显著成绩,以及服务经济社会发展、增强人民群众获得感所作的重要贡献;系统阐述了铁路总公司坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入贯彻落实党的十九大精神,勇担"交通强国、铁路先行"历史使命,全面提升铁路服务经济社会发展保障能力的务实举措。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,under the firm leadership of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party with President XI Jinping at the core,great historic accomplishments in railway safety,stability and reform development have been achieved,making great contributions to economic and social development,and stronger sense of gain for the people. In this paper,the pragmatic measures taken by China Railway Corporation in promoting the ability of railway security for the economic and social development are comprehensively elaborated,it is regarded as the result of insisting on the guidance of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the New Era of XI Jinping, carrying on the historic mission of ＂Railway Leading the Traffic Power＂in the process of implementing the 19th CPC National Congress spirit.
