摘要
基于经济全球化、中国经济新常态、企业海外业务拓展对商务英语人才培养的需求,提出产业发展、校企合作、课赛融通、众创空间、专业创新五位一体化商务英语人才培养生态链,并阐述了五个要素之间的关系:坚持产业导向,科学定位商务英语人才需求;深化校企合作,构建无缝校企衔接体系;坚持课赛融通,开创以点带面人才培养格局;借力众创空间,拓展商务英语人才培养空间;专业协同创新,培育复合型的商务英语人才。最后剖析实践中面临的挑战。
Based on the needs of business English talents cultivation for economic globalization,Chinese new economic normality and enterprises overseas business development,this paper proposes an ecological chain for business English talents cultivation,which consists of industry development,college-enterprise cooperation,class-contest combination,mass-entrepreneurship space and specialty innovation,moreover,it explores the relationship among the five elements, adhering to industry-orientation to make scientific positioning of business English talents demand; deepening college-enterprise cooperation to build a seamless college-enterprise linking system; adhering to class-contest combination to create a point-to-area talents cultivation pattern; depending on mass-entrepreneurship space to expand the training space of business English talents; making specialty collaborative innovation to cultivate compound business English talents. Finally it analyzes the challenge in practice.
