摘要
经济的发展对灌溉工程建设提出了更高的要求。在灌溉工程建设过程中,施工单位必须总结施工经验,提高自己的施工能力和质量管理水平,满足未来经济发展的需要。本文根据现有的研究资料,结合自己在灌溉工程施工中的一些经验,以某灌区续建配套与节水改造工程建设为例,分析了该工程施工的组织管理过程和经验。
The development of economy has put forward higher request for irrigation engineering construction. In the process of irrigation engineering construction, the construction unit must sum up construction experience, improve its own construction ability and quality management level, and meet the needs of future economic development. Based on existing research data, combined with their own experience in irrigation engineerzng construction, in some irrigation areas and the construction of water-saving renovation project as an example, analyzed the organization and management of the process and experience of construction of the project.
