摘要
通过稻茎浸渍法测定甲酯化植物油型喷雾增效剂GY-T1602对80%烯啶·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂防治水稻褐飞虱室内活性的影响。结果表明,80%烯啶·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂+GY-T1602对3日龄水稻褐飞虱若虫具有很高的活性,加入0.3%GY-T1602的LC_(50)值为0.583 2 mg/L,加入0.6%GY-T1602的LC_(50)值为0.461 2 mg/L,都明显低于80%烯啶·吡蚜酮水分散粒剂单用的LC_(50)值(0.704 8 mg/L)。同时,GY-T1602在试验用量范围内对水稻安全。
Using dipping seedling method,we studied the effect of MSO GY-T1602 on 80% nitenpyram·pymetrozine WDG against rice brown planthopper.The results showed that adding GY-T1602 to 80% nitenpyram·pymetrozine WDG had high activity on 3 days old rice brown planthopper nymphs.The LC(50) value added with 0.3%-0.6% GY-T1602 was obviously lower than that of 80% nitenpyram·pymetrozine WDG alone,which was 0.583 2 mg/L and 0.461 2 mg/L,respectively.GY-T1602 was also safe for rice.
