摘要
随着电脑和网络信息技术的应用普及,电子公文在办公室工作中越来越受到重视,并在近年得到长足发展。本文结合当下时代背景和办公室工作实际,对公文电子化管理的优势、面临的挑战以及应对措施等做出论述,对提高办公效率有积极的促进作用。
With the popularization of computer and information technology, electronic documentation has received more and more attention in office work and great progress has been made in recent years in the area. The paper, taking into consideration contemporary background and actual office work, discusses the advantages and challenges of electronic documentation as well as countermeasures, which will help to promote office efficiency.
