摘要
龙门式机械手结构设计多采用对己有的设计图纸修改的方法进行,导致设计出的结构的安全裕度过大,既浪费材料,又增加了整机的质量。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,选取机架在最不稳定工况下研究了结构的静、动态特性,运用灵敏度方法对结构系统的设计变量进行计算,筛选出了对龙门式机械手的动静态性能影响较大的设计变量并对其进行尺寸优化。对比优化前后的具体参数,得出了机械手在优化后性能有了一定的提升。
The structural design of the gantry manipulator is mostly modified by the existing design drawings,which leads to the design of the structure of the safety margin is too large,both a waste of materials,and increase the quality of the machine. ANSYS finite element analysis( FEA) software is used to select static and dynamic characteristics of the frame under the most unstable conditions. The sensitivity of the structural system was used to calculate the design variables,and the design variables which had a certain impact on static and dynamic performance of the gantry manipulator were screened and optimized for size. Compared with the specific parameters before and after optimization,the optimal performance of the manipulator has been improved.
