摘要
多巴胺(DA)作为重要的儿茶酚胺类神经递质,在人类中枢神经系统中发挥着重要的调节作用。多巴胺受体是G蛋白偶联受体家族成员之一,目前发现的有5类,分别为D1R、D2R、D3R、D4R、D5R,而不同的受体发挥的作用也不相同。近年来的研究表明DA及其受体在消化道肿瘤的发生发展中起了重要的作用,本文对DA及其受体对消化道肿瘤的作用做一综述,以期为消化道肿瘤的预后及治疗提供线索。
Dopamine(DA), as an important catecholamine neurotransmitter, plays an significant regulating role in the human central nervous system. Dopamine receptor is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. As so far, five kinds of dopamine receptors have been confirmed, which are D1 R, D2 R, D3 R, D4 R and D5, and the different receptors play different roles. Recent studies have shown that DA and its receptors play an important role in the development and progression of gastrointestinal cancers. In this paper, the role of DA and its receptors in gastrointestinal cancers is reviewed to provide clues for the prognosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers.
