进气流量对车用柴油机动力性及排放性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过改变车用柴油机进气口截面积大小,改变进气流量。利用车用柴油机台架试验,测量不同进气流量对车用柴油机动力性及排放性能的影响。试验结果表明,进气流量对车用柴油机动力性产生影响,进气流量越少,动力性越差;进气流量减少,车用柴油机的输出转矩有所降低;进气流量对车用柴油机的排放有很大影响,进气流量减少,NO_x排放明显降低,CO排放明显增加,而HC排放有些波动。 By changing the inlet size, the vehicle diesel engine air intake flow was changed. The influence of different inlet flow rates on the performance of automotive diesel engine performance and emissions via diesel engine bench tests. The results show that, the lower the inlet air flow, the worse the power performance; less inlet flow rate will make the output torque of automotive diesel engine decreases. The inlet air flow has significant influence on emissions from the diesel engine. When the inlet air flow decreases, NOx emission reduces obviously, CO emission increases obviously, and HC emission fluctuates.
