摘要
类胡萝卜素是独特的多烯类色素,在鱼类饲料中被广泛用作功能性添加剂。本研究设定3个实验饲料组,即不添加类胡萝卜素的对照组(CD组),以及2个分别添加80 mg/kg虾青素(AST80)和80 mg/kg黄体素(X80)的类胡萝卜素添加组,对初始体重为(163.20±0.14)g的大黄鱼进行了为期9周的海上网箱养殖实验,研究虾青素和黄体素在大黄鱼皮肤的沉积,并对皮肤中的类胡萝卜素进行分离和鉴定。结果表明,各处理组大黄鱼的背腹部皮肤亮度值(L*)和红色值(a*)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。AST80组和X80组大黄鱼背部皮肤黄色值(b*)显著高于CD组(P<0.05)。X80组大黄鱼腹部皮肤黄色值和总类胡萝卜素含量显著高于CD组和AST80组(P<0.05)。在各处理组大黄鱼皮肤中均未检测到虾青素。黄体素是大黄鱼皮肤中的主要色素,占总类胡萝卜素含量的53.04%~67.55%,其次是金枪鱼黄素(30.87%~43.76%),而玉米黄质含量最低(1.01%~3.20%)。本研究表明大黄鱼能更好地利用黄体素,可能将虾青素经黄体素和玉米黄质最终转化为金枪鱼黄素。
Carotenoids was unique polyene pigments and widely used as functional additives in aqua-feed. In the present study, a 9-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the deposition and com-position of dietary carotenoids in the skin of large yellow croaker（Larmichthys crocea） [initial bodyweight：（163.20±0.14） g]. Three experimental diets were designed： CD（control diet without carotenoid）,AST80（diet with 80 mg/kg of astaxanthin） and X80（diet with 80 mg/kg of lutein）. Results showed thatthere were no significant differences in lightness（L＊） and redness（a＊） of dorsal and ventral skinamong all the fish fed different diets（P〉0.05）. The AST80 and X80 groups had significantly higherdorsal skin yellowness（b＊） than CD group（P〈0.05）. The X80 group had significantly higher ventralskin yellowness and total carotenoid content than those of CD and AST80 groups（P〈0.05）. Astaxan-thin was not detected among all fish fed different diets. No differences were found in carotenoid compo-sition in the skin among the three diets. Lutein was found to be the major carotenoid（53.04%～67.55%of the total carotenoid） in skin, followed by tunax-anthin（30.87%～43.76%） and zeaxanthin（1.01%～3.20%）. It was suggested that large yellow croak-er can utilize lutein more efficiently than astaxan-thin, and could convert astaxanthin to tunaxan-thin via lutein and zeaxanthin.
