益生菌与中药提取物合用对育肥猪生长性能及胴体性状的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验旨在研究益生菌与中药提取物的合用对育肥猪生长性能和胴体性状的影响。试验选用90头初始体质量(63.0±1.5)kg的90 d育肥猪,随机分为3个组(雌雄各半),每个组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。Ⅰ组为试验组,Ⅱ组为金霉素组对比组,Ⅲ组为空白对照组。试验期72 d,预饲期7 d,正试期65 d。结果表明:空白对照组、试验组和金霉素对比组采食量无明显变化。与空白对照组日增重相比,试验组日增重提高12.16%(P<0.05),金霉素组提高9.46%(P<0.05),说明益生菌与中药提取物促进猪只生长方面更优。与空白对照组相比,试验组料重比下降11.63%(P<0.05),金霉素对比组下降8.14%(P<0.05),且试验组最低,相较金霉素对比组下降3.49%(P<0.05),说明益生菌与中药提取物可以更佳的提高饲喂经济效益。综上所述,益生菌与中药提取物可以提高育肥猪生长性能,且效果优于金霉素。3个试验组之间的胴体重差异不显著(P>0.05)。与空白对照组比较,试验组和金霉素组对比组的平均背膘厚度均下降17.61%(P<0.05)和6.98%(P>0.05),试验组下降最大,试验组较金霉素组对比组下降11.43%(P<0.05)。瘦肉率比较,试验组较空白对照组显著上升7.73%(P<0.05);试验组较金霉素组对比组显著上升7.17%(P<0.05)。对平均眼肌面积、屠宰率和脂肪率比较,空白对照组与试验组、金霉素对比组均差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,说明益生菌与中药提取物可以改善猪部分胴体性状。 The purpose of this study was to study the effects of the combination of probiotics and Chi-nese herbal extracts on the growth performance and carcass traits of fattening pigs. The experiment se-lected 90 fattening pigs(90 d) with the mass of about 63 kg initial body mass, which were randomly di-vided into 3 groups(half male and half female), 3 duplicates in each group, and 10 pigs in eachgroup. GroupⅠ as experimental group, group Ⅱ, CTC group comparison group, group Ⅲ was the con-trol group. The test period was 72 d, the pre feeding period(7 d), the test period(65 d). The resultsshowed that the blank control group, experimental group and contrast group chlortetracycline intakedid not change significantly. Daily quality compared with the blank control group, experimental groupweight gain rate increased by 12.16%(P〈0.05), chlortetracycline contrast group increased by 9.46%(P〈0.05), indicating the probiotics and Chinese herbal extracts to promote better growth of pigs. Com-pared with the control group, the experimentalgroup of feed and meat ratio decreased by11.63%(P〈0.05), chlortetracycline contrastgroup decreased 8.14%(P〈0.05), and the testgroup was lowest, compared with the contrast au-reomycin group decreased 3.49%(P〈0.05), indicating the probiotics and herbal extracts can better improve the economic benefits of feeding. In sum-mary, probiotics and Chinese herbal extracts can improve the growth performance of fattening pig, andthe effect was better than that of chlortetracycline. The total weight difference between the 3 experi-mental groups was not significant(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the average backfatthickness test group and CTC group contrast group were significantly decreased 17.61%(P〈0.05)and6.98%(P〈0.05),the test group decreased most in test group than contrast group aureomycin group de-creased 11.43%(P〈0.05).
