摘要
瓜蒌籽含油量高,油中以不饱和脂肪酸为主,其中特征性脂肪酸——栝楼酸和油脂中的微量成分具有多种生理功能。主要综述了瓜蒌籽油组成成分、提取方法及功能特性,对存在问题进行分析,并对前景进行展望,旨在为其进一步深入研究和开发利用提供理论参考。
The oil content of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. seed is high, and the main component of the oil is unsaturated fatty acids. The characteristic fatty acid punicic acid and trace elements in oil have many physiological functions. The composition, extraction methods and functional properties of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. seed oil were mainly summarized, meanwhile the existing problems were analyzed and prospects were prospected to provide theoretical reference for its further research and development.
