摘要
城市基层社会治理的范式变迁与政治、经济、社会、文化等方面的变革相承相关。在不同的时段与空间,这些交错因素的合力所产生的推动作用,形成了时代变迁的轨迹,从而需要我们以"综合性"的视角,理解与审视三个问题:基层社会的变迁为何如此,将会如何,以及如何构建现代性的国家与社会。本研究发现:城市基层治理的稳定性取决于国家在基层社会建立健全有效的组织结构,基层治理的活力取决于市场逻辑与社区自治在基层社会的发展,基层治理的善治取决于国家与市场在基层社会的合理边界与良性互动。
Paradigm shift of Urban local governance is connected with political, economic, social and cultural change. The join force of these factors pushes the change of the time. With the comprehensive perspective, the paper focuses three problems： First,why did the local society change like this？ Second, what will it happen？ Last, how is the modern state and society constituted？ The conclusion is the stability of local society is determined by the effective structure, the vigour of local governance is shaped by the development of market and community and local good governance is detremined by the good interaction between state and market.
