摘要
沙棘叶中富含多种药用成分和营养物质,沙棘叶总黄酮是沙棘叶子提取物的黄酮化合物总称,其提取方法有溶剂浸提法、超声提取法、微波提取法及亚临界水提取法等。沙棘叶总黄酮具有抗氧化、延迟衰老、抗菌、增强免疫功能、调节血糖血脂、抗肿瘤及抗心血管疾病等作用。
Plenty of nutrient substance and medical composition are contained in sea buckthorn leaves. Total flavones of Hippophae rhamnoides L.（ TFHRL） is the representative of extract flavonoids which are extracted from sea buckthorn leaves. Currently a great number of Methods are used for the extraction of flavonoids in sea buckthorn leaves,such as solvent extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,subcritical water extraction,and so on. TFHRL has many medical values,such as antioxidant,anti-aging,sterilization,enhancing immunity,adjusting blood fat,antitumor,anti-cardiovascular disease,and so on.
