论教学伦理的三种判断标准 被引量:4

摘要 普遍论、相对论、语境论作为三大伦理理论流派,分别代表了不同的伦理思维,为教学提供了不同的伦理判断标准。在普遍论视域下,教学伦理标准就是教学中普遍的价值观念和规范;在相对论视域下,教学伦理标准是通过价值澄清和自主选择来确认的;在语境论视域下,教学伦理标准是在具体教学实践和实际境遇下的判断依据。用不同的标准去审视同一个教学问题,会让我们得出不同的结论。然而,三种标准既有其理论意义,也有自身无法超越的限度。教学伦理标准的选择需要一种视域的融合:既要遵循教学世界中普遍的"底线伦理",在"对话"与"商谈"过程中解决教学伦理冲突,也要从具体的语境出发消弭教学中的伦理困境。 As the three major schools of ethics theory,universalism,relativity and contextualism represent different ethical thought and provide a different standard of ethical judgment for teaching. In the view of universalism,the standard of teaching ethics is the universal values and norms in teaching. In the view of relativity,the standard of teaching ethics is confirmed by value clarification and independent selection. From the perspective of contextualism,the standard of teaching ethics is the judgment under the concrete teaching practice and actual situation. Using different standards to judge the same teaching problem will let us draw different conclusions. The three standards have their rationality and their own limits. Therefore,we need to integrate the standards of teaching ethics: to follow the universal"rudimentary ethics"in the teaching world,to solve the conflict of teaching ethics in the way of"dialogue"and"negotiation"and to eliminate the ethical dilemma in teaching from the perspective of context.
