摘要
目的评估托幼机构消毒质量及其与手足口病聚集性疫情的关联,为开展预防性消毒工作提供依据。方法选取广州市2011-2014年进行消毒质量监测的托幼机构,收集同期手足口病聚集性疫情数据,匹配同一年内托幼机构的消毒质量监测数据和聚集性疫情数据,进一步分析两者之间的关联。结果共收集902所次消毒质量监测数据,其中有聚集性疫情的托幼机构手检测合格率为63.87%,低于无聚集性疫情的托幼机构(70.25%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.632,P<0.05);不同聚集性疫情次数托幼机构手和紫外灯检测合格率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);罹患率为0.1%~2%和>2%的托幼机构紫外灯合格率分别为46.15%和39.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.567,P=0.018)。结论手卫生合格率与手足口病聚集性疫情发生之间存在关联;手卫生及紫外灯合格率与手足口病聚集性疫情的发生次数之间存在关联;紫外灯合格率与手足口病聚集性疫情罹患率之间存在关联。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection quality in the nurseries and to analyze the correlation between disinfection quality and the clustered epidemics of HFMD,in order to provide scientific evidence for promoting preventive disinfection. Methods The data of clustered epidemics of HFMD was chosen from the nurseries which had been monitored for disinfection quality in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2014. The surveillance data of disinfection quality and the clustered epidemics of HFMD in the nurseries were matched in the same year,and the correlation of them was analyzed. Results The total surveillance counts were 902 in the nurseries about disinfection quality in Guangzhou,2011-2014. The qualified rate of hands was 63. 87% in the nurseries that occurred clustered epidemics of HFMD,which was lower than the qualified rate of hands in the nurseries that didn't occur clustered epidemics( 70. 25% ),and the difference between both showed statistical significance( χ~2= 17. 632,P〈0. 05). The difference of qualified rate of hands and ultraviolet lamps showed statistical significance among the nurseries that occurred different clustered epidemics( P〈0. 05). The qualified rates were 46. 15% and 39. 33% for the nurseries,and the different between both showed statistical significance( χ~2= 5. 567,P = 0. 018).Conclusion There are correlations between the qualified rate of hands health and the occurrence of clustered epidemics of HFMD,between the qualified rate of hands health and ultraviolet lamps and the occurrence counts of clustered epidemics of HFMD,between the qualified rate of ultraviolet lamps and the attack rate of clustered epidemics of HFMD,respectively.
