摘要
海洋天然产物化学实验教学中存在着海洋生物样品采集困难、教学时间短和实验成本高等问题。实验室通过自行培养海洋生物样本、设计环环相扣的实验内容、融合线下线上学习、强调试剂回收再利用、倡导节能环保等办法切实解决了这些突出问题。确保学生在较短时间内掌握不同性质化合物的提取分离方法。
There are many problems existed in the experimental teaching of marine natural products chemistry, such as difficulty in collecting marine biological samples, short teaching time and high cost etc. We have solved these problems by the following methods, which include to cultivate samples in laboratory, design interlocking experimental content, fully integrate the line and online teaching forms, recycle the organic solvent. These measures achieve the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection. The students can master comprehensive technology to solve different samples.
