摘要
＂一带一路＂建设离不开财经法治人才。首批入选全国卓越法律人才教育培养基地的九所财经院校在培养财经法治人才方面积累了丰富经验。根据＂一带一路＂的新要求,财经法治人才应当德法兼修、兼具家国情怀与国际视野;掌握扎实的法学专业知识和财经行业技能,通晓世界法治潮流与中国法治实践;教师应充分利用信息技术促进传统课堂与网络课堂的互补融合。
The ＂Belt and Road＂ construction cannot be achieved without financial legal talent. The nine financial and economic universities which were selected into Excellent Legal Talent Education and Training Bases of our country for the first time have accumulated rich experience in the training of financial legal talent. According to the new requirements of the ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative, the legal talent for finance and economics should have high moral standard and legal professional skills, devotion to nation and family international perspective, solid legal professional quality and financial industry skills. Meanwhile, they should grasp the world trend of rule of law and the practice of rule of law in China, and teachers should use the information technology to combine the traditional classroom and network classroom.
