摘要
纤维素是植物细胞壁的重要组成部分。纤维素与半纤维素、果胶和木质素通过共价键或氢键相互交联在一起,将大分子营养物质包裹在植物细胞壁内,形成坚固的营养屏障,阻碍动物对营养物质的消化吸收,降低饲料的营养价值。在动物饲料中添加纤维素酶,可以破解植物细胞壁.促进营养物质的释放,减少后肠有害微生物发酵,稳定饲料品质,提高饲料利用率.改善动物生产性能。
Cellulose is an important part of the plant cell walls. Cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, and lignin are crosslinked together by covalent or hydrogen bonds, and macromolecular nutrients are encapsulated in the plant cell walls to form a strong nutritional barrier and hinder di- gestion and absorption of nutrients by animals, reducing the nutritional value of the feed. Addition of cellulase in animal feed can break the plant cell wall, promote the release of nutrients, reduce the harmful intestinal microbial fermentation in the hindgut, stabilize feed quality, increase feed utilization rate and improve animal production performance.
