摘要
为提高纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮的准确度,通过实验研究了显色时间为5min、10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min的情况下对氨氮测定结果的影响,结果表明,加入纳氏试剂充分摇匀后,显色时间应控制在10~20 min。
In order to improve the accuracy of ammonia nitrogen determination with Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry, the effect of coloration time(5 min, 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min, 50 min) on test results was studied. The results show that the coloration time should been kept between 10-20 min after completely mixing.
