摘要
为了更准确评价出MPEG压缩编码视频序列质量结果,研究了MPEG编解码过程中视频流结构和GOP中不同编码帧对其他帧的影响,根据I帧、P帧对GOP的不同影响,分配不同的权重,设计了一种基于帧损伤位置感知的GOP视频质量评价机制,并通过LIVE视频数据库对本文提出的评价机制进行验证,结果证明,针对MPEG的编码视频,此视频质量评价机制具有高度的可靠性和稳定性,对现有评价方法在评价结果的准确性与一致性上有很大提升。
In order to evaluate the quality of MPEG-encoded video sequence more precisely,the influence of the structure of video stream in MPEG encoding and decoding and different coding frames on the other frames in GOP are studied.Different weights are assigned according to the different effects of I frame and P frame on GOP.This paper designs a GOP video quality evaluation mechanism based on frame damage location perception,and validates the evaluation mechanism proposed in this paper through LIVE video database.The results show that this video quality evaluation mechanism has high reliability and stability for the coded video of MPEG,and the accuracy and consistency of the existing evaluation methods are greatly improved.
