摘要
目的观察穴位埋线联合西药治疗骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法将90例确诊的骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组45例。对照组患者给予碳酸钙D3及阿伦磷酸钠口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合穴位埋线。观察2组治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分、骨密度、骨钙素N端中分子片段(N-MID)、25-羟基维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平的变化情况,评价2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分及ODI评分均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),治疗组各评分明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后骨密度、N-MID及25-(OH)D3水平均较治疗前升高,且治疗组升高幅度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合西药治疗骨质疏松症能明显减轻患者疼痛,改善骨质疏松症所致肢体功能障碍,增强骨密度,改善骨代谢,具有显著临床疗效。
Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with western medicine on osteoporosis. Methods Ninety patients of osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with calcium carbonate D3 and alendronate by oral administration,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding based on the treatment in the control group. The changes of VAS and ODI score,bone density,levels of N-MID,25-（ OH） D3 were observed before and after treatment and the clinical curative effects were evaluated in the two groups. Results The VAS and ODI scores after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment in the two group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the VAS and ODI scores in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the levels of bone density,NMID and 25-（ OH） D3 after treatment were increased significantly in the two groups compared with that before treatment,and the increase in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Based on the conventional therapy of osteoporosis,acupoint catgut embedding can significantly enhance bone density,improve bone metabolism,relive pain and have significant clinical efficacy.
