摘要
结合化工专业特色设计了富氢气氛下CO选择性氧化综合实验。该实验涵盖催化剂合成、结构表征及催化性能测试等知识点。通过水热合成法制备CeO_2-NiO催化剂,采用XRD和TEM对催化剂的形貌、结构进行表征并用固定床反应器对其催化性能进行测试。重点考察了CeO_2-NiO催化剂的形貌对其催化性能的影响。该综合实验内容丰富、覆盖面广、可操作性强,具有显著的科研性特征。对培养学生的应用能力、动手能力、创新能力和科研素养有很好的促进作用。
In combination with the characteristics of the chemical engineering specialties,a comprehensive experiment on CO selective oxidation under rich H2 is designed.This experiment covers the knowledge points about the catalyst synthesis,structural characterization,catalytic performance testing,etc.The CeO2-NiO catalyst is prepared by the hydrothermal method.The morphology and structure of the catalyst are characterized by XRD and TEM,and its catalytic performance is tested by a fixed bed reactor.The effect of the morphology of CeO2-NiO catalyst on its catalytic performance is investigated.This comprehensive experiment is rich in content,wide in coverage,and strong in operability,and has remarkable scientific research characteristics,which has a good effect on the training of students’ application ability,hands-on ability,innovative ability and scientific research accomplishment.
