含电磁轴承的推进轴系横向振动特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 推进轴系振动通过轴承基座激发壳体结构,从而引起结构辐射噪声。针对推进轴系横向振动控制问题,提出采用电磁轴承抑制支承振动传递的方法。建立了包含电磁轴承的轴系动力学模型以及相应的轴系横向振动计算方法,分析了电磁轴承等效刚度对轴系振动特征和振动传递的影响规律,从理论上说明了电磁轴承用于刚度控制的可行性。仿真结果表明,轴系横向振动频率随电磁轴承刚度变化而变化,通过改变含电磁轴承的支承等效刚度,可调节轴系在不同转速下运行时的力传递特性,减小螺旋桨振动通过轴系向壳体传递。 The propulsion shafting excites the hull system through bearings and causes underwater acoustic radiation. A new method using magnetic bearing to suppress lateral vibration transmission was proposed. In order to explore the vibration characteristics,a dynamic model of the propulsion shafting with a magnetic bearing was established and the corresponding lateral vibration was analyzed. The influence of the equivalent stiffness of the magnetic bearing on the vibration characteristics and transmission was evaluated,which reveals theoretically the feasibility of applying magnetic bearings in stiffness control. The simulation results show that the lateral vibration frequencies vary with the equivalent stiffness of the magnetic bearing and the force transmissibility at different rotating speeds can be adjusted by changing the equivalent stiffness and resultantly the vibration transmission from the propeller to the hull can be reduced.
