摘要
随着我国网络技术普及率的日益提高,通过网络进行购物、交易、支付等的电子商务新模式发展迅速。电子商务凭借其低成本、高效率的优势,不但受到普通消费者的青睐,还有效促进中小企业寻找商机、赢得市场,已成为我国转变发展方式、优化产业结构的重要动力。但由于电商专业人才的严重缺乏,成为了制约许多电商企业发展的瓶颈。本文从学校现有的办学条件情况下,在人才培养模式、师资力量、教学内容与课程体系、教学方法与手段等方面提出建议,把我校电子商务专业建设成具有一定规模和优势的专业。
With the increasing popularity of network technology in China, the new e-commerce model for shopping, trading, and payment through the Internet have developed rapidly. E-commerce, with its advantages of low cost and high efficiency, is not only favored by ordinary consumers, one also effectively promotes SMEs to seek business opportunities and win the market. It has become an important driving force for China to change its development mode and optimize its industrial structure. However, due to the serious shortage of e-commerce professionals, it has become a bottleneck restricting the development of many e-commerce companies. Based on analyzing the school's existing conditions for running schools,this paper puts forward some suggestions in the personnel training model, teacher strength, teaching content and curriculum, teaching methods and means, etc., aims to build our university's e-commerce specialty into a major with certain scale and advantages.
