摘要
探讨近年来溶剂萃取法提取挥发油的研究进展,分析有机溶剂萃取法中各因素对挥发油提取工艺的影响。有机溶剂萃取法常见的具体方法有加热回流法和水蒸气蒸馏法,所涉及的优化因素为有机提取剂、料液比、提取剂浸泡时间、提取的时间和加热温度。通过针对有机溶剂萃取法的工艺条件优化进行总结介绍,旨在为今后挥发油的提取研究提供依据。
The research progress of extracting volatile oil by solvent extraction in recent two years was discussed. The influence of various factors in solvent extraction on the extraction process of volatile oil was analyzed. The common methods of solvent extraction are heating reflux method and steam distillation method. The optimization factors involved are organic extractant,ratio of material to liquid,soaking time of extractant. The extraction time and heating temperature were summarized and introduced in this paper for the optimization of the solvent extraction method,which provided the basis for the study of the extraction of volatile oil in the future.
