摘要
为满足高职人才对"学历、技能、素质"多样化的教育需求,高职教育整合校企资源构建人才培养共同体是改革探索新型人才培养模式的创新之路。文章结合建东职业技术学院"双元制工学结合"的建设实践,对高校开展校企协同育人模式进行探索,从个案研究拓展到总结共性经验和可行性路径,以期对高校创新人才培养有所借鉴。
In order to meet the education requirements of ＂qualification,skills and quality＂of higher vocational talents,it is an innovative way to reform and explore the new-type talent cultivation mode for higher vocational education to construct the talents training community. Combined with the construction practice of＂dual system combining＂by Jiandong Vocational and Technical College,the paper explores the mode of cooperative education between college and enterprise,sums up the common experience and feasibility of the path from the case study in order to learn from the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.
