摘要
职业道德是职业人重要的职业素养。在高职院校加强职业道德教育,对满足人民美好生活的需要、增强企业竞争力及促进学生职业发展具有重要意义。文章在明确敬业、诚信、求精、担当等内涵的基础上,针对目前存在的问题,从顶层设计、教育体系、教育方法、评价机制四个方面提出了加强高职院校职业道德教育的具体实施路径,以期提升高职学生的职业道德及职业素养。
Professional ethics is an important occupational quality for professionals. It is of great significance to improve professional ethics education in vocational technical colleges to meet the demands of people＇s pursuing good life,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the career development of students.From four aspects of the top design,education system,educational method and evaluation mechanism,focusing on the existing problems,this paper puts forward the specific implementation approaches for vocational technical colleges to strengthen professional ethics education,on the basis of clear connotation of dedication,integrity,refinement and responsibility,
