摘要
采用归纳法,逻辑分析法以及定性分析等方法,以具有较好的逻辑基础和实证检验的ERG需要理论为基础,分析了知识型员工的需求层次、内容要素和需求特点,提出了知识型员工的激励模型,并在此基础上,具有针对性地从薪酬、工作关系和氛围、职业生涯管理等方面提出了对知识型员工的激励对策。
It uses inductive method, logical analysis method and qualitative analysis method, based on the ERG needs theory with a good logical basis and empirical test, it analyzes the level of needs, content elements, and demand characteristics of knowledge workers, and proposes knowledge workers. Based on this incentive model, and on this basis, it has targeted the incentive measures for knowledge-based employees from aspects such as compensation, working relationship and atmosphere, and career management.
