摘要
分析了自由贸易港的建设对发挥连云港构建"一带一路"交汇点战略支点的优势,以及服务中西部对外开放、形成苏北鲁南开放型经济新高地的重要战略意义,从港口建设、开放型经济、通关制度创新三方面探讨了连云港建设自由贸易港的现实基础,提出了推动建设连云港自由贸易港的路径选择。
This paper analyzes the advantage of the construction of the free trade port of Lianyungang on building the strategic pivot of intersection of＂The Belt and Road＂,as well as the important strategic significance of serving central and western opening up and forming a new open economic highland in northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong province.From the three aspects of the port construction,the open economy and the innovation of the customs clearance system,this paper discusses the realistic foundation of building a free trade port in Lianyungang,and puts forward the way to promote the construction of the free trade port of Lianyungang.
