摘要
目的:通过超声检查,评价加减归脾汤对稽留流产清宫术后子宫内膜修复情况。方法:选择稽留流产并行清宫术的自愿患者40例,随机分成观察组和对照组各20例,两组均在清宫术前确诊胚胎停育。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服加减归脾汤2周。分别于第7天、第14天应用超声观察两组患者子宫内膜厚度、血流分布、子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数情况。结果:术后第7天两组指标无明显差异;第14天,观察组子宫内膜厚度、血流分布、子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稽留流产清宫术后应用加减归脾汤可促进子宫内膜修复。
Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness of Jiajian Guipi Decoction on endometrial repair after Dilation and Curettage（ DC） for missed abortion through ultrasonic examination. Methods： Forty volunteers who underwent DC with a diagnosis of missed abortion were selected and randomly and averagely divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group. Patients in each group were confirmed with a diagnosis of ＂ arrested pregnancy＂ before procedure. Both groups received routine treatment after DC while a 2-week Jiajian Guipi Decoction was added to the observation group. On the 7 th and the 14 th day after procedure,endometrial thickness,blood flow distribution,and uterine artery pulsatility and resistivity indexes were detected by ultrasound scan. Results： On the 7 th day after procedure,there was no significant difference between the two groups. On the 14 th day,the endometrial thickness,blood flow distribution,and uterine artery pulsatility and resistivity indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiajian Guipi Decoction is recommended to facilitate endometrial repair after DC for missed abortion.
