范从海院长基于徐州市中医院医联体的发展历程,从医院各医联体的管理和医院职工的管理两个方面,探讨质量管理同质化的重要性,为医院的发展提供理论指导,为其他兄弟医院提供借鉴。
Fan Conghai, based on the development course of Medical Union of Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, discusses the importance of quality management in the two aspects of Hospital Medical Union management and hospital staff management, providing theoretical guidance for the development of hospital and providing reference for other brothers hospitals.
