摘要
目的:分析神经肌肉关节促进法改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的关节功能及疼痛的效果。方法:采用随机平行对照法将105例膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行分组,对照组52例给予常规治疗,包括超短波治疗及电针治疗,观察组53例在常规治疗的基础上联合神经肌肉关节促进法治疗,观察2组患者治疗后膝关节功能及疼痛改善效果。结果:观察组治疗后优良率86.79%高于对照组67.31%,P<0.05;观察组Lysholm评分(91.34±8.83)分高于对照组(70.09±10.91)分,VAS评分(3.01±0.84)分低于对照组(4.68±1.45)分,P<0.05。结论:在针灸治疗的基础上给予神经肌肉关节促进法,通过调和营卫,疏通经络气血,增强肌力,治疗膝关节骨性关节炎改善膝关节功能,减轻疼痛,效果确切,值得临床的推广及应用。
Objective： To analyze the effect of Neuromuscular Joint Facilitation in improving the function of joint and pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods： A total of 105 knee osteoarthritis patients were divided into groups using a randomized parallel method. Fifty-two patients in the control group were given conventional treatment including ultrashort wave treatment and electro-acupuncture treatment. In the observation group, 53 cases were treated on the basis of conventional treatment combined with neuromuscular joint facilitation. After the treatment was completed,the knee joint function and pain improvement after treatment were observed in both groups. Results： In the observation group, the excellent and good rate was 86.79% higher than that in the control group 67.31%（P〈0.05）. The Lysholm score of the observation group was（91.34±8.83） points higher than that of the control group（70.09±10.91） points,and the VAS score（3.01±0.84） scores was lower than the control group（4.6±1.45） points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Neuromuscular joint facilitation was given on the basis of acupuncture treatment. By harmonizing health care, clearing the blood and meridians of the meridians, strengthening muscle strength, treating knee osteoarthritis, improving the function of the knee joint, and reducing pain, the effect is definite, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
