摘要
瘙痒是一种临床常见的令人产生抓挠欲望的不愉快感觉,多有夜间加重的表现,目前西医对其机制尚未达成共识。文章主要从中医角度探讨引起瘙痒症状夜间加重的三个病因病机:阳虚风寒、血虚风燥及虫毒。
Itchy is a clinically common unpleasantness that produces a desire to scratch, with more nighttime aggravation.Currently, western medicine has not reached a consensus on this mechanism. The paper mainly includes three TCM pathogenesis on the itching increased at night： Yang-deficiency and wind-cold, chronical blood vacuity wind dryness, insect poisons.
