摘要
随着管网投入使用后管龄的增加,管道锈腐程度逐渐加重,管壁粗糙度不断发生变化,进而影响管网中流量分配。利用Flo MASTER软件建立水力-热力耦合模型,模拟了管网投入使用后不同腐蚀程度下因管壁粗糙度变化而对管网运行特性产生的影响,并且提出了相应的调节策略。
The corrosion of pipeline is gradually increased with years of the pipe network into use,the pipe roughness is constantly changing,then the distribution of flow in the pipe network is affected. The hydraulic-thermal coupling model is established by Flo MASTER,the influence of different corrosion degree on the operation characteristics of pipe network is simulated, proposing the corresponding adjustment strategy.
