摘要
本文以PK型、PA型、PL型、EK型和PP型五类(及混合型)紫苏种质为研究对象。10个不同产地来源共计20份紫苏果实在北京和甘肃两个实验地进行栽培,采集生长后的成熟叶片,水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,进行GC-MS分析。从挥发油组成来看,有2份种质化学型发生了变化,具体为PAEK型(甘肃)—EK型(北京),EKPA型(甘肃)—PAPK型(北京)。其余化学型一致的18份种质中,1份PK型种质发生了亚型变化;9份种质的主要成分较为一致,次要成分种类相对含量有一定差别;8份种质主要成分种类及相对含量非常接近。综合挥发油组成和成分相对含量分析,紫苏化学型和组成一般不随环境改变,但对于含有两种以上不同化学型成分构成的种质,易于发生变化。
This paper aims at researching on five kinds of Perilla frutescens including the PK,PA,PL,EK and PP chemotype( and mixed type). 10 different sources of a total of 20 Perilla fruits were planted in two experimental plot in Beijing and Gansu. The Perilla samples were the mature leaves. The volatile oil was extractedbysteam distillationand analyzed by GC-MS. By analyzing the constituents of volatile oil, the chemical patterns of two kinds of germplasms have been changed. Specifically,the PAEK type from Gansu changed to EK type from Beijing,and EKPA type from Gansu changed to PAPK type from Beijing. In the remaining 18 germplasm witch chemically unchanged,1 of the PK type subtypes changes had taken place,9 of all 18 germplasm had basically the same main component,and the relative content of the secondary components had some differences. The value of main component type and relative content are both similar in the other 8 germplasm of18. According to the composition of leaf volatile oil and analysis of the relative content,chemotype and composition of Perilla generally does not change with the environment,but it is easy to change for the type containing two or more different chemical composition of germplasm.
