摘要
中外合作办学是拓宽人才培养渠道、改进人才培养模式、推动国际化人才培养和引进国际优质教育资源的重要途径。近年来中英高等教育领域的合作办学发展迅速,以引进境外母校办学模式为主的学历教育实体机构和开展种类繁多的课程与教学的合作项目为主要形式。文章分析了中英合作办学两种形式在合作形态、合作层级、办学模式等方面的特点,梳理了境外合作办学的状况,分析了中英高等教育领域合作办学存在的问题和挑战。
Cooperation in higher education school running between China and foreign countries is an important way for opening up channels of talents training,improving talents education modes,promoting international talents training and importing better education resources into China. In recent years,Sino-UK cooperation in higher education school running has been developing very fast. The major forms of cooperation include cooperative institutions and cooperative projects. The former involves setting up a cooperative institution between China and UK universities and the letter involves cooperation in teaching and learning in a discipline or major in the existing institutions. The article analyzes the models and characteristics of both institutional and project cooperation between the two countries in China as well as examines the situation of cooperation in UK territory. In conclusion,it highlights the problems and challenges for Sino-UK cooperation in higher education.
