摘要
本文通过对Ka波段高功率磁控管在研制生产中输出窗偶发打火现象的分析,揭示了该Ka波段高功率盒形窗谐振模式(鬼模)的存在;采用CST微波工作室对该盒形窗进行了谐振机理研究,清晰地分析出谐振鬼模的产生原因、存在条件及其影响;提出了通过改变窗片厚度消除带内谐振鬼模的方法,既保证了输出窗带内通过性能,又将谐振鬼模移出了工作频带。
Based on the analysis of the sparkling of output window in Ka-band high power magnetron,the ghost mode oscillation is found.With CST studio,the resonant mechanism of pillbox window is studied.Based on the simulation results,the cause,the existing condition and the effects of ghost mode oscillation are analyzed.A method for suppressing ghost mode oscillation is proposed through changing the thickness of ceramic piece.The method could not only ensure the transmission characteristic of output window in band,but also move the ghost mode out of the operation frequency range.
