摘要
探讨了轧机支承辊用重载中低速圆柱滚子轴承滚子修形的理论和方法,确定关键自变量。使用Romax软件在特定载荷工况条件下对轴承进行数值模拟分析,确定关键量的取值范围。
This paper discusses the theory and method of the roller modification of the heavy-duty middle and low speed cylindrical roller bearing for the rolling mill support rolls and determines key arguments. Using Romax software, the bearing is numerically simulated and analyzed under specific load conditions to determine the value range of the key quantity.
