摘要
为实现煤化工工艺装置的自动化精确控制,企业对工艺系统的自动化控制水平要求不断提升。山西潞安煤基清洁能源公司异构脱蜡装置生产6cts调和润滑油基础油项目增加在线自动调和控制阀组,通过设定流量仪表比例控制,成功解决了操作强度大,产品稳定性差的问题,规避了产品市场风险,为企业增加了经济效益。
In order to realize the automation and precise control of the coal chemical process equipment,the level of automatic control of the process system is continuously raised.The online automatic control valve group is added in isomeric dewaxing unit produced in 6 cts harmonic oil base oil project of Shanxi Lu＇an Coal-based Clean Energy Company.By setting the proportional control of flow meter,the problem of large operation intensity and poor stability of the product has been successfully solved,which evades the market risk of the product and increases the economic benefit for the enterprise.
