一种聚酰亚胺薄膜单向拉伸机模型

摘要 为解决聚酰亚胺薄膜在拉伸过程中出现的破膜、缩幅、厚薄不均等问题,利用Solidworks软件设计一种简易操作的小型单向拉伸机模型,并利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench与传统拉幅机对比分析聚酰亚胺薄膜拉伸过程的差别.结果表明:该小型单向拉伸机,通过两侧随行夹具对聚酰亚胺薄膜进行约束、拉伸,使薄膜的中间部分和边界在拉伸过程中受力均匀,不会发生破膜、缩幅、厚薄不均等现象,具有拉伸过程平缓、拉伸性能良好的特点. In order to solve the phenomenon of film rupture,shrinkage,and uneven thickness during the stretching process of polyimide film,this paper uses Solidworks software to design a simple operation model of a small uniaxial stretching machine,then makes a contrastive analysis on the differences during the stretching process of Polyimide film stretching when using finite element software ANSYS Workbench and the traditional stenter. The conclusion is that the small uniaxial stretching machine based on Solidworks software design can restrain and stretch the polyimide film with follow fixture on the two sides,so that the middle part of the film and the boundary force evenly,and the phenomena as rupture of membranes,shrinkage,uneven thickness can be decreased,with a smooth stretching process and good tensile properties.
