摘要
当今时代,企业间的竞争日趋复杂化,已经渗透到了企业管理的方方面面。而对于一个企业来说,其核心竞争力的形成在很大程度上取决于其行政管理水平的高低。而行政管理人员作为其中最为关键的参与者,其综合能力的好坏对于企业发展而言尤为关键。本文主要研究分析了企业行政管理人员相应的综合能力,阐述了企业管理的重要性,并就行政管理人员应当具备的各项进行了说明探讨,最后结合实际提出几点提高企业行政管理者综合素质的措施与方式。
The more complicated competitions among companies can be felt in all the aspects regarding the company management nowadays.As far as a company is concerned,its core competence is decided by the quality of its administrative management.As the key player in the game,company administrators＇ qualifications largely decide the development of a company.This paper discusses the qualifications required of an administrator,stresses on the importance of company management and goes on to propose measures to improve administrative staff＇s qualifications based on the past experiences.
